The String Trio was founded by Pál Vasvári in Budapest in 2000.

He composed their first album in the Cote D’Asur (France). The music is catching with its fascinating and sentimental melodies. It exudes a Mediterranean ambience, the vibrant world of this magical southern French region through the Alps to the Carpatian Basin. This music breaks with the familiar jazz tunes and represents nostalgic, even romantic harmonies for the listeners with the help of new instrumental technics.
